You employ people who collect cash from the customer and don’t deposit it in the company.       Today I was off my d2h videocon in right stage, means opening stage after that I came back around 2 hour late I found it was starting screen and he was not forwarding so I call d2h customer she suggested to me engineers visit and 200 Rs for visit and extra if the part replaced I am not put up any allegation on the company but I suggest if he is not forwarding it can be relay problem from d2h . If this all I pay his fee so it is no mean I wait till 24 hour as describe by your customer care my I’d 143827273 in delhi

    Pichle 1 months se d2h walo ne pareshan kar rakha hai. Customer service ko call kiya but unko kuch pata hi nai hota hai. Bolte hai 1 ghante baad call karo. Paise kat jate hai par jo channel chaiye vo dikhte hi nai hai… website par try kiya and app par bhi try kiya and successful ka message bhi ata but kuch nai hota.
    complaint bhi raise ki but vo complaint lene ko bhi tayaar nai hai.
    Pura din call lagate lagate pareshan ho jate hai, call lagta hi nai hai.
    Ek toh jhoot bahut bolte hai.ek executive ko bola ki apke senior se baat karni hai toh usne kisi junior/colleagues ko transfer kar diya.
    Please aap log call kare aur accha solution de.

It’s been 7 days that I raised request to shift my connection from one place to other.. Standard reply from customer care ppl within 8hrs the issue gets resolved but no action from them..     My d2h number is 29018695 it was not working from 3 days I was raised a complaint by calling for customer care thay told engineer will be visiting with in 24 hours. After 24 hours again I called to customer care again thay told with in 8 working hours engineer will visit ok after that I got a message that is complaint was registered. Today i called to customers care one person was told me to wait. I was waiting for 48 minutes there is no response from the executive. Now it’s almost 54 hours still engineer was not visited.     videocon is chiter company. The Company speak more and give less and less service to customer . my self one of victim by company.
    My self prashanta kumar swain my videocon d2h custermer no 53553715. I recharge 330 on 30th may . but till now i gave not got the service . i contact customer care science 30th may. but they give 96 hour , after i talk again the told wait more 96 hour. what can i do , videocon harassed me and my family. pls dont connect with videocon.

      This worst service provider don’t ever by this connection there not customer friendly . After complete more than 100 times to call centre & mailing from one month still no response from them ,no channel are coming after follow so many times when ever I call them will tell with 24 hours it be resolved or 8 hours I made big mistake keeping this connectio.tn
      for so many years .this worst experience so now I thinking move to Tata sky
      Till now my problem not solved

    வீடியோகான் d2h க்கு பணம் கட்டினேன். பணம் எடுத்த பிறகு Error வருகிறது எனது வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் என்மீது கோபபடுகிறார்கள். வாடிகையாளர் சேவை மையதிற்க்கு போன்செய்தால் போன் போகவில்லை. கோயமுத்தூர் அலுவலக எண் கூப்பிடால் நிங் ஆகிறது யாரும் எடுக்கவில்லை. இதுதான் உங்கள் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை மைய 27×7 உதவியா. யாரை கூப்பிடுவது என்பது தெரியவில்லை, இது போல் பலமுறை ஆகிவிட்டது. உண்மையிலேயே வீடியோகான் சேவைமைய அதிகாரி யாராவது இருந்தால் என்னிடம் தொடர்புகொள்ளுங்கள் எனது தொட்ர்பு எண்8667783592, இதற்காவது உடன் பதில் வருமா?

    I had installed d2h videocon disk for watching TV. Before purchase I was sure that in this universe repeat universe video Con is best. So I purchase. From the next day they started their original color. Nobody help me. 3 months lying disk antenna, paying full recharge. But no connection. Nobody entertain phone, No customer care, no service engineer nothing else. Just false.

    बहुत ही खराब सेवा देते हैं आप लोग मैं 1 महीने से कस्टमर केयर में फोन कर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा रहा हूं उसके बावजूद भी मेरे घर कोई भी इंजीनियर विजिट नहीं हो रही है मुझे लगता है इनका सारा सिस्टम ही भ्रष्ट है

    The company is Soo poor that they can’t even get a good personals for their Helpline center.The services are not only poor but the are worst. The is company cheap because it cheats the customer. Everytime I call them I have to repeat the story of my complaint and what do the people do just end the call.

    Customer care pr call kiya to time pr time de rhe h pr problem solve nhi ho pa rhi h inke engineer se.
    Very disappointed with thier services. Or suggest karuga ki koi is product ko purchase na karen

    Worst than worst service, worst people sitting in their customer care. Actually they have hired robbers. their so called service engineer took the set top box assuring to replace or repair it but the person did not turn up. on lodging complaint they close it automatically after 24 hours. Nodal officer number always no show. customer support people are directly from the hell, they cant even understand what customer is talking or might they are taught to speak in a manner to make customer fool. Bloddy worst company.I dont know how these type of companies are operative in India.

    My customer id is 139004932. I have not sea the channels due to technical error by videocond2h. Please refund my recharge amount of Rs. 275 immediately. I will also complaint in TRAI. Your customer executive says that refund policy are not available in our company, why. If you are not provided the service proper that refund my amount immediately.

    22 oct 2019 se settop box replecment ka complain diya hoon aaj 9 nov 2019 ho gaya avi tak koi sunwayi nahi hua hai,customercare supervisior bolta hai 24ghante me ho jayega par inka 24 ghanta kavi nahi hota,main to paresan ho gaya hoon,aap savi logo se request hai videocon d2h ka bahiskar kare aur jo lene ki soch rahe na le.

    Sabse bade kutto ki or harameo d2h service jai.Jo Mai do machine se hairan ho Raha hu.meri mistake se double payment ho gaya tha.Jo do mahina bohot muje pareshan kiya akhir me woh sare 380 rupees khagaye.uparse samne se dadagiri karte hai.customer ke sath itna kharab wahvar ya kharab justify karte hai to iniko koi nahi hai kahene walla sabse bade chor hai ye sablok.in sare kutto KO to lockup n dalna chahiye.

    Engineer. Fault engineer dish Sahi karne aata hai hi aur aur Sahi bhi karta hai but payment le jata hai company ko Nahin deta hai company imandar D2H amount se comment kar leti hai aur FIR shuru hota hai kya customer care aur customer Jo customer care ke kasam mar jata hai

    Videocon co का नाम आपके telecaller अँड servicing बॉयस ने खराब किया है खाली recharge अँड servicing चार्जेस लेके लुटते है बात करणे का ढंग नाही आज के date आगर कोई हेड ऑफिसर यह सब comment पढ रहा है तो मेरी सलाह है कि अभि भी वक्त है customer का समाधान हि आपकी भालाई है other wise कंपनी मार्केट मे zero होगी आज servicing पार्ट और telecaller roudly बात करते है आपके गोरेगाव ऑफिस मे राजेश यादव करके telecaller बिनदस्त बोलता है मुझे हेड ऑफिसर मालूम नाही है
